The State Railway Institute (IFE) reported that by incorporating self-recharge points at the La Rinconada station in Caracas, it is easier and faster to add balance or trips to be able to use the Suve card.
Through the Instagram social network account, the IFE urged users to follow the indicated steps and request help only from transportation system personnel.
Likewise, it indicates that the operators are trained to answer any questions about the procedure “users can contact the station staff, who are trained to provide guidance and support, which guarantees an efficient and reliable experience.”
The activation of the self-charging points is integrated into the improvements implemented by the IFE to optimize the system and facilitate the mobility of all users.
The Treasury Bank reported that it can also be recharged from the financial institution’s online platform quickly and safely. Through a video published on the social networks of Banco del Tesoro, it is explained that users, upon entering the individual account, must look for the “Services” section, then choose the “SUVE” option, and affiliate with the eight-character code that the card contains. Subsequently, the data must be completed and the operation is validated by simply entering the dynamic key sent through a message.
