The Patch Plan for the Common Good of the Mayor’s Office of La Paz contemplates the intervention of Av. Busch, from the Busch monument to Plaza Villarroel, Av. Vera in Irpavi and Av. Hernán Siles in Mallasa. The work began yesterday between 9:30 and 15:00 each day.

“We carry out these works simultaneously in other places in the city, such as Irpavi on Av. Vera and Av. Villegas, between streets 1 and 9; then we are in the Hernán Siles Zuazo in Mallasa”, informed the Director of Maintenance of the Municipal Secretariat of Public Infrastructure (SMIP), Cristian Iriarte.

According to the municipal authority, in the case of Av. Busch, the pothole is executed in both lanes, the uphill and the downhill. He explained that the tasks are scheduled in advance and the requirements of the people through the 114 network are taken into account.

“If you find points (potholes), we ask you to send the exact location. With technology it is now easy to send the point that was found damaged and it can be considered in the planning; In coordination with the sub-mayoral offices, people can call the 114 network and they will refer the case to us,” added Iriarte.

This week’s programming also incorporates avenues in the center of La Paz such as Murillo and Mexico streets, as well as other roads in the seven macro-districts of the city.
