The incident occurred at 7:00 pm last Monday in La Merced-Chanchamayo, Junín region. After the accident, the teacher was quickly transferred to the hospital closest, but after five hours he died.
Doña Rigoberta Venegas Medina (71), without foreshadowing that a sad end awaited her, hurriedly left her house at the call of the master builder who was building her house. As she passed the track, she was hit by a motorcycle that was traveling at high speed on the Peschiera Avenue, in the lower part of La Merced, province of Chanchamayo.

Shortly after the mishap, an ambulance passed by, which quickly took her to the nearest hospital. The motorcyclist who caused the accident did not have a license plate or Soat, but he has a history of complaints.
His relatives demand justice and fear that the driver will be released, they also call for the return of Professor Venegas Medina’s wallet, which was lost in the accident, where her personal documents and other papers were.
