SANTO DOMINGO.-The Permanent Attention Office of the National District postponed until next Friday the hearing of the coercive measure against the president and treasurer of the Dominican Federation of Modern Pentathlon for corruption, association of criminals and money laundering.
The head of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (Pepca), Wilson Camacho, explained that the postponement was due to the fact that the defense of one of the accused requested the deadline, due to the size of the accusatory file.

The Public Ministry, during an investigation of several months, has been able to gather evidence of the accusations against the two arrested, who are accused of embezzlement, use of false documents and fraud against the State.
In the raids carried out, hundreds of documents related to the investigation were seized, which support the Public Ministryor in the case.
