The sectoral vice president of planning, Ricardo Menéndez, recorded the schedule that will give birth of the community and popular government system.
“Next Monday, the popular and communal government system in our country will be born, and what will be born has different edges, different components and we have to be present,” said Thursday during his participation in the high -level workshop of the popular government.
Menéndez established that communal and popular cabinets will be installed on 24, 25 and 26 of this month, as part of the construction of the communal state, in compliance with the proposal of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros. “This phase will consolidate the new management model based on popular organization and planning from the territories,” he said, cited by a press release.
Likewise, from February 27 to March 23, a Planning and Popular Action Day will be held, in which the main needs of the communities will be identified and concrete strategies and solutions that respond to the demands of the people will be designed .
He stressed that next March 24, the workdays of the cabinets will be held based on the concrete action agendas established in each transformation, as well as the monitoring of the progress of projects of the consultations and work integrated with the levels of government.
Objectives of the Popular and Community Government System
The planning minister pointed out that the objectives of this popular and communal government system are:
1) Consolidate direct, participatory and leading democracy.
2) Produce and implement new forms and government methods that are progressively empowering all the existing social fabric of public management, with transparency and maximum revolutionary efficiency.
3) Integrate and territorialize programmatic agendas and public policies, starting and recognizing the commune as a cell and the community as a base nucleus of the entire public and popular planning system. Link government projects and actions to the obedient mandate of the concrete communal action (ACA) agenda.
4) Build and rebuild social ties, dignity, recover good living, for which it is essential to promote a culture of collaboration, solidarity and co -responsibility.
5) Promote the concrete utopia review and construction of ACA, elaboration of social cartography reflecting the current situation of the commune and the communal circuit and collective elaboration of the dream map: projection of the territory to 2030 and 2054, progressively. Constitution of a computer system, interoperative, of ACA and projects for the road map, monitoring and maximum efficiency.

He also said that cabinets in the territory will be: productive economy, human cities and services; Security and peace; Supreme Social Happiness; Popular organization and planning; and ecosocialism, science and technology.
Likewise, he informed that the assemblies developed on the Popular Planning and Action Day of Popular Government, will be loaded on the platform.
