Mayor Christian Morel and four members of his team travel to San Pablo
They will travel invited by Tornometal SA and JCB Sales Ltda. Those who will take care of all the expenses of this visit for what it will have no cost to the Municipality of Cerro Largo.
The departmental mayor of Cerro Largo, Cristian Morel, was invited by the companies Torno Metal SA and JCB Sales Ltda. To participate in an official visit to the JCB factory, located in the city of Sorocaba, Brazil.
The purpose of the trip is that the communal chief can learn about technical aspects linked to the design, manufacture and maintenance of road machinery, of which the company is an international reference. According to JCB representatives, the experience would be especially productive for the intention, since it will allow optimizing the use of their equipment, deepening the knowledge of the machinery and its applications, and interacting directly with the engineering and production departments of the firm.
According to the established program, the delegation will depart on Monday from the Carrasco International Airport to San Pablo, where it will stay in a hotel in the area. On Tuesday the central visit to the Sorocaba plant will be held, which will include a tour of the facilities, a work lunch, a practical demonstration of the machinery and a subsequent return to San Pablo.
The activity will continue on Wednesday with technical and exchange instances, and then undertake the return to Montevideo. This was reported by the company’s sales manager, who highlighted the relevance of the meeting to strengthen cooperation links and enhance departmental management in road infrastructure.
