November 15 is the deadline for employers to make the second deposit of the year for Compensation for Time of Service (CTS) and at Perú21 we will provide you with the details you should know about this payment.
To begin with, this benefit is for people who work more than a month in the company. That is, if you have less time in the company as of October 31, you will not be entitled to the deposit at this time.
Workers who work less than four hours a day, or those who are in microbusinesses that are registered in the Micro and Small Business Registry (Remype) will not receive this payment either.
The manager of the Legal Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), Álvaro Gálvez, stated that for collaborators of medium and large companies who have been there for the entire semester (from May to October), the deposit will be 50% of the salary plus one sixth of the bonus received this year. For example, if your salary is S/1,500, you should receive S/875.
In addition, he specified that the deposit can be seized up to 50% if the worker has food debts.
AVAILABILITY
Currently, the rule allows 100% withdrawal from accounts, which is why the amount deposited in November can be withdrawn by users who require it. This benefit is due to Law 32322 and extends until December 31, 2026.
