After the departure of the King of Soccer Edson Árabes do Nascimento, better known as Pelé, details have already been given of how, when and where he will be veiled.
According to Santos Fútbol Club, the star will be veiled on January 2 on the center pitch of the Urbano Caldeira stadium, Vila Belmiro, where, in 1974, Pelé knelt down and said goodbye to the club as a player and also where he began his career at the 16 years
The Club had already started preparations for the wake since last Friday and put up two tents for the ceremony. One pair will locate the coffin, where family, friends and relatives will be, and the other for the press and authorities.
People who wish to attend the wake will enter the stadium in single file and say goodbye to the King from afar.
