José Gregorio Andrade Hernández (33), nicknamed “El Nariz”, was located by Cicpc officials, in the José Félix Ribas neighborhood, Petare, Sucre municipality, Miranda state, because he was being investigated in files for robberies with injuries, robbery with extortion and was requested by the 12th Control Court of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas for crimes contemplated in the Anti-Drug Law.
When he was discovered, he confronted the commission and was injured and taken to a medical center where he died.
According to the investigation work, it was learned that, days ago, the criminal had subdued a motorcycle driver, with the purpose of stealing his vehicle, the victim resisted the act, and the man chose to attack him and shoot him, the report says.
Likewise, he was intimidating merchants from zones 1 to 5 of José Félix Ribas, demanding weekly payments in exchange for not attacking him.
