The man born in San Basilio de Palenque, Bolívar, today is 76 years old, an age at which he continues to be active since retirement, doing what he likes the most: “tuning his best shots.”
Precisely, his image from a gym hitting a pear with an excellent technique, although not with the same speed as before due to his advanced age, are viral on social networks.
“Pambe” as his fans affectionately call him, appears in the video wearing a shirt from the Colombian National Team, in shorts and tennis shoes and with the attitude of a champion.
“At my 76 years enjoying a healthy life,” reads the text placed in the recording uploaded to a Tik Tok account that apparently opened the two-time Junior Welterweight champion.
Here is the video that is viral on social media:
“It is good that Pambe is still active and doing what he likes to do the most”, “it is excellent that Pambelé continues to train, it is very good for his health”, “A true boxing champion is and will be forever”, were some comments on social networks.
A couple of months ago, Pambelé sent a message to the youth through a video from the Ministry of Sports: “Let them do sports.”
Here is a recent interview with Pambelé where he talked about his fights and his career as a boxer.
