The governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, warned the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, this Saturday about the loss that the Supreme Court ruling that establishes the payment of 2.95% will cause that province. of the co-participating mass of the national State to the City of Buenos Aires.

The Supreme Court of Justice ruled in December that the national government pay the Government of the city of Buenos Aires 2.95% of the mass of co-participating taxes, in the framework of the dispute between both administrations for the correct percentage.

This way, gave rise to an amparo action ordered by the City, until he addresses the underlying issue of how much he should receive for the transfer of what until 2016 was the Federal Police.

Due to this failure, President Alberto Fernández submitted to Congress a request for impeachment against the Court, to be dealt with in extraordinary sessions.
