The Buenos Aires governor, Axel Kicillof, celebrated that since the beginning of the summer season some 7,400,000 tourists visited the different tourist destinations of the Province and affirmed that these numbers indicate that “it is already an impressive season as we intended.”

He explained that “at this point the numbers of tourists this season, 7,400,000, exceed the historical records and have an additional element that is that it is not restricted to the traditional destinations of the Province, to the Atlantic Coast, but we managed to mountain destinations, rivers, lagoons, lakes, are also fully occupied”.
“We are happy to reach the second half of January exceeding expectations, it is already an impressive season, which is what we wanted,” he enthusiastically celebrated.
Meeting with cooperative members
In addition, the Buenos Aires president stressed that he maintained a meeting with productive sectors of tourism, culture, construction, gastronomy, the electricity sector and transportation in the region.

Regarding the announcement of the Buenos Aires governor for the cooperative movement, Costa explained that there are more than 600 cooperatives throughout the province of Buenos Aires, and recalled a first call for projects that allowed financing 20 projects from 70 cooperatives from 12 municipalities, for a total amount of more than 150 million.
