Kicillof delivered 200 housing deeds in Coronel Vidal

The Buenos Aires governor, Axel Kicillof, affirmed this Friday that the management in the province of Buenos Aires gives “answers to the housing problems” of the population, by leading in the town of Coronel Vidal, in the Mar Chiquita district, the delivery of more than 200 deeds to regularize dominance situations in that district.

“In the face of housing problems such as access to land and urban land, there are answers. In addition to having delivered 100 houses last month, we have more than 300 houses under construction in Mar Chiquita. I am happy and proud. Where there is a need, there is a right that is recognized by the Constitution and by our political force,” Kicillof said during the act of delivery of the deeds.

In the act in which these regularizations were carried out, which are part of the “My writing, my house” program, promoted by the provincial Executive, The president was accompanied by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the province of Buenos Aires, Julio Alak, and the local mayor, Jorge Paredi.

“Today they receive the property title, which has various benefits, such as being able to leave the home as a family asset, take out loans at the bank and be able to sell it at the real price. With this program we bring title and deed to owners free of charge, legal security to the people,” the president remarked.

The ceremony was held in the Espacio Joven de Coronel Vidal, where there were also the ministers Nicolás Kreplak (Health); Cristina Álvarez Rodríguez (Government) and the chief of advisors to the provincial Cabinet, Carlos Bianco.

“We ended the year 2022 with the presence of the governor in Coronel Vidal delivering 100 homes and we began 2023 welcoming him again by signing more than 200 deeds. We have a unique and unstoppable governor. Welcome to the Mar Chiquita Party, Axel Kicillof and all the ministers who accompany him,” said Paredi.

In turn, Alak recalled that the families “had to wait many years but today they are receiving the deed to their homes”.

“When Axel Kicillof took office as governor, he said that this housing problem should be resolved and thanks to him, who gave us the instruments with his political will, it began to be resolved. We want to recognize the work of the Mar Chiquita Party, as a Buenos Aires native I am proud of Mayor Paredi, who is a hard worker and permanently asks for things for all his people,” the official pointed out.
