Wellness Programs: Key dates for 2025
Women’s Wellness Pension
Starting on January 3, the cards will be delivered to women who completed their registration process in October 2024 for the Mujeres Bienestar pension.
The next registration for the Women’s Pension will be in February 2025, with new registrations every two months. This benefit will begin granting 3 thousand pesos every two months next year to women aged 63 and 64; It will later be extended to women aged 60, 61 and 62.
House to house health
As of February 3, 2025, medical visits will begin for older adults and people with disabilities in Mexico. The purpose of this program is to carry out periodic visits by health personnel and monitor people 65 years of age or older and people with disabilities, regardless of whether or not they are beneficiaries of the IMSS, ISSSTE or any other social security system.
Around 21,500 doctors, nurses, and health professionals, who will be responsible for keeping track of the clinical history of patients, who will have a booklet with records of their treatments and visits.

Rita Cetina Universal Scholarship
Public high school students who have already enrolled in the Rita Cetina universal scholarship program, They will receive their cards starting January 20, 2025, according to an official statement .
The Rita Cetina Scholarship will grant 1,900 pesos every two months to each family that has a student in secondary school, and in the event that they have more than one daughter or son at this level, an additional 700 pesos will be given for each of them.
The program will start in 2025 with public secondary school students, and will subsequently benefit boys and girls at the primary and preschool level.
Other programs
The Pension for Older Adults and People with Disabilities have not yet published their calendars, so it is necessary to remain attentive to the official media.
