The Popular Force leader, Keiko Fujimorihe spoke today on the impasse generated by the president of Colombia, Gustavo Petrowho intends to ignore the sovereignty of Peru on Chinería Island, located in the Santa Rosa district in Loreto.
Through a post published in X, Fujimori sent a message to the Colombian president and attached a video in which his father, former president Alberto Fujimori, refers precisely to Petro.
“Peru will not fall into the smoke curtains of the guerrilla Gustavo Petro. There is no conflict between our peoples; the only one is the one invents. Our sovereignty will remain and our love to the brother people of Colombia, with whom they unite years of peace, it is unwavering. Petro: with Peru do not mess, we know how to fight and defeat terror,” wrote the former congressman.

In the video, meanwhile, Alberto Fujimori talks about the election of Petro as president of Colombia.
“The president today in Colombia is a guerrilla of the M-19, and that is not a coincidence. Colombia was forced to make a peace agreement with terrorism, they obtained great benefits, such as the right to participate in politics,” he said.
And he continued: “The result is that today a member of the M-19 is in power, an organization that assaulted and took the Palace of Justice in 1985, the balance was no less than 94 dead. The president of Colombia requested a flag of that movement to pay a tribute, a terrible fact like this would have happened here …”.
On the eve, it should be remembered, the Peruvian Foreign Ministry announced the presentation of a protest note before its Colombian pair for the unauthorized overflow for Peru of a war plane precisely on the Santa Rosa district.
