The Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Martín Soria, considered that President Alberto Fernández “marked reality” during his inaugural speech at the 141st regular session of the National Congress and warned that the block of Together for Change (JxC) ” was reduced to puppets that defend the most rancid of the judiciary”.

“Alberto marked reality. He reviewed the entire government management and, when he had to describe the situation of the judiciary, he referred to it as he always does, telling the truth. The truth usually hurts liars”affirmed Soria in statements made to AM 990 radio.

In this sense, Soria maintained that the block of JxC “was reduced to puppets that defend the most rancid of the judiciary” and recalled that “when it is necessary to vote on a social security moratorium, they do not appear or vote against as it happened the day before the speech.”

For the Minister of Justice, Juntos por el Cambio was reduced to puppets that defend the most rancid of the judiciary.

“When the President denounces the institutional subjugation that the Supreme Court has been promoting with rulings such as co-participation or the Council of the Magistracy, they go crazy, insult and kick,” criticized the minister.

He added that they do it “to consecrate themselves before the eyes of the two judges of the Court who were petrified”, in reference to the presence in the compound of Horacio Rosatti and Carlos Rosenkrantz, and maintained that both “were placed by decree of former President Mauricio Macri and (his adviser) the fugitive in Uruguay” Fabián “Pepín” Rodríguez Simón.

“They have us used to it, they live doing these scenes. When you don’t have an ideology or political principles, you only have the media show and the sketch. The thing about (deputy) Fernando Iglesias is that: show”he stressed.

In this way, the minister referred to the members of the Court who were present yesterday when the President spoke before the Legislative Assembly, and who, together with Juan Carlos Maqueda and Ricardo Lorenzetti, are facing a request for impeachment that is currently being processed in a Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.
