The holder of the 4th Business Court of the Capital, Judge Paulo Assed Estefan, in an unprecedented initiative, establishes a Concerted Act of Jurisdictional Cooperation between the Court of Justice and the Regional Labor Court (TRT of the 1st Region) in order to safeguard the interests of thousands of workers in the Americanas Group and the acceleration of its credit payments.
To this end, the magistrate determined, this Thursday (2), that the Coordination for Support to Execution of the Regional Labor Court of the 1st Region be requested to provide a complete list of knowledge, liquidation and execution processes that are being processed against the Group American.
The list will allow the joint judicial administration of Preserva-Ação Administração Judicial, the lawyer Bruno Rezende, and the Zveiter Law Office to proceed with the inclusion of all labor claims and reserves in the General Table of Creditors in the processing of the Judicial Recovery of the Americanas Group .
The magistrate highlighted the importance of the Concerted Act signed between the TJRJ and the TRT 1 for the exchange of information between the courts, considering the processing of the judicial recovery of Grupo Americanas and the interest of its thousands of workers. “One can never lose sight of the social function of the company and, consequently, its reflections on thousands of workers who, for one reason or another, could be left out of such an important uplifting process, in addition to seeing themselves deferred in their social and economic rights”, highlighted the judge in another part of the decision”, wrote the judge.
