The sentencing judge Jenny Camargo rejected the motion for nullity of works presented by Cristóbal Gary Enríquez Cuéllar, brother of the Movimiento al Socialismos (MAS) deputy, Rolando Enríquez Cuéllar, for which he set the hearing for January 9, 2023 to hand down the sentence against him for the crime of drug trafficking.
