He stated that I was in a dead end and in that place I was abusing the pet.
The woman was yelling at him to stop, that it was her dog, but “he didn’t even flinch.”
He revealed that when he was able to approach the man to confront him, He pulled out a knife at him.
They captured him
After the pressure and indignation, The subject was captured by members of the Florencia Police, Caquetá.
He was subsequently presented before a judge with the function of controlling guarantees who, to the surprise of many, declared the capture of the subject illegal.
The judge’s decision was based on the difficulty of communicating with the prisoner due to his hearing impairment.
However, ‘Burbuja’s’ family stated that they saw the subject “communicating with sign language with who is believed to be his sister.”

Regarding this, Senator Andrea Padilla said: “More than ever, #LeyAngel NOW! Burbuja’s rapist has just been released. Let indignation be a driving force; let rage become the fighting power of all Colombians who are fed up with violence against animals and impunity!
“The judge declared the process of arresting the rapist illegal. However, Dr. Juliana, Burbuja’s lawyer, the only victim of this process, will persevere to obtain a conviction,” she said.
As for ‘Burbuja’, he indicated that “at the moment she is still being cared for and her family is receiving psychological support.”
