“The fourth constitutional chamber of the Departmental Court of Justice denies the amparo action filed by Amparo Carvajal Baños against Édgar Salazar Limachi and urges both to seek the unity congress consensually and if it is not possible to do it, between both parties, do so by requesting the Electoral Body its assistance”, said the member when making his decision.
The president of the Apdhb had gone to court to make assert their rights over the institution and the building he has on Avenida 6 de Agosto in La Paz, denouncing the illegal shot that starred Salazar Limachi and fifty of his followers on June 2.
