(EFE).- Justice 11J launched this Wednesday a campaign to request that international human rights organizations have access to Cuban prisons and see the situation inside these centers.
“There is no definitive number of people detained for their participation in the July 2021 protests, it is unknown (…) how many remain in state custody and under investigation,” the organization denounced in a press release with the that launched the campaign that will bear the name “Look at the prisons of Cuba”.

The NGO recalled that a recent investigation, the Cubalex organization documented 14 torture techniques applied in the country’s prisons and that the International Committee of the Red Cross has not had access to a Cuban prison for more than 30 years.
