The specialist in head, neck and maxillofacial oncological surgery, Jesús Paúl Martínez Arroyo, pointed out that the patient came very late, after spending seven years with the disease. “Skin cancer occurs more frequently at altitude due to exposure to solar radiation. The patient underwent a wide resection of the tumor with safety margins, left orbital exenteration, cervical dissection and reconstruction with a McGregor flap that required more than 5 hours of work and facial reconstruction.
