A man identified as Nielson Pérez will serve a life sentence after the Tarma Mixed Chamber confirmed the sentence against him for a case of acts against sexual freedom committed in 2021 to the detriment of a minor under 12 years of age in the district of Huasahuasi.

The investigations indicated that the defendant waited for the schoolgirl to be alone in her home in the district of Huasahuasi – Tarma, despite the minor’s refusal, he forcibly entered the home where he sexually abused her.
The victim did not tell his parents what happened out of fear, however, on November 16, 2016, he developed stomach cramps. When the pain did not calm down, his mother took him to the Huasahuasi health post, where she told him that she was a victim of sexual rape.

During the hearing, senior prosecutor Lucio Raúl Amado Picón, representative of the Superior Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Tarma, presented the evidence that proved the responsibility of the accused, getting the court to confirm the sentence imposed in the first instance by the Provincial Corporate Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Tarma.
