An inmate of Pavilion 3 of the Huamancaca Chico prison, escaped by averaging 17:00 yesterday, climbing the wall of the right side of the penitentiary. The reo Gerson Pool Soto Camargo (31) said he went to the nursing topic and would have taken care of the security personnel to escape.

After discovering the escape, staff of the INPE, police and even serene mobilized; At 5:35 they managed to locate it in a house on Max Hougler Avenue and Progreso Avenue, near the prison. The prisoner of about 35 years, wore a lead pole and black shorts at the time of the escape, but could not go far.
The neighbors also alerted the presence of the fugitive. Now, it will investigate how the inmate could flee without being seen.
It is not the first time
Soto Camargo is an inmate of high danger and was sentenced to 22 years in prison for the crime of criminal gang and qualified homicide.
On February 18 he was transferred from the Río Negro prison, and remained in the “3” maximum security pavilion.
