Judiciary orders 7 days of preliminary prison against Pedro Castillo

The Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation of the Judiciary ordered, on December 8, seven days of preliminary prison against the dictator Pedro Castillo for the alleged crimes of rebellion (alternatively conspiracy) after carrying out a coup the day before.

The announcement was made through the social media account of the Judiciary.

“Supreme Court of Preparatory Investigation, in charge of Judge Juan Carlos Checkley, has seven days of against the former president investigated for the crime of rebellion (alternatively conspiracy)”, it reads.
