“The Judiciary is a strong defender of the independence of judges. It calls on the public powers to reflect on the respect they owe to judicial independence and the principle of separation of powers,” indicates its first demand.

“We emphasize that the difficult situation that the country is going through must be addressed with comprehensive and clearly urgent solutions, but respecting the Constitution” and “The Judiciary, through its governing and deliberative bodies, will continue to develop actions to strengthen the justice system “, are the second and third points of the document.

The condemnation “of any behavior of judges that give criminals undue freedom” is the fourth requirement.

In the sixth point, the Plenary Chamber of the SC asks Congress to send the bills relating to the Judiciary for its “prior opinion.”

“We will continue to appoint supreme judges to monitor the higher courts of justice,” is the seventh and last demand.
