The plenary session of the Judicial Disciplinary Court approved the resumption of ordinary inspections for all jurisdictional bodies in the form of detailed report.
He noted that the period of the detailed report will begin the day after the period included in the last inspection and until August 31, 2025. The deadline to submit it will be November 14, 2025.
A circumstantial report is a detailed narrative that describes an event including all the elements surrounding it, such as who carried it out, when, where, how and why it occurred.
This type of story is essential in the legal field to understand the complexity of an event, since the circumstances can influence the legal classification of the event and the corresponding penalty.
Due to the change in administration, the previous inspectorate suspended visits to the country’s jurisdictional bodies and now they are restarted.
The decision to resume inspections is part of a period of important changes and challenges for the Judiciary, especially after the dissolution of the Federal Judiciary Council and the entry into force of the reform in the matter. These periodic inspections seek to prevent and correct possible failures in the exercise of the jurisdictional function and in the conduct of public servants.
Another mission is to inspect the functioning of the jurisdictional bodies of the Judicial Branch of the Federation in order to achieve a responsible, professional and independent exercise of the jurisdictional function, and avoid acts that detract from it.
The vision of the Judicial Disciplinary Court is to be recognized as a specialized body of excellence and reliability, which strengthens and assists the evaluation, surveillance and disciplinary functions that the Federal Judiciary Council is responsible for, in order to consolidate the trust of society in the members of said bodies.
