three judges who passed judgment on vaccination of minors in Uruguay they were threatened and the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) made the complaint this Friday, as reported by the agency.
It was through notes or letters that the aggressors made for the magistrates, who are Marta Gómez Haedo, Marta Alves De Simas and Mónica Bórtoli. They were sent to their homes.
The SCJ stated in a statement that “what happened is linked to the sentence handed down by the 6th Civil Court of Appeals on July 26, overturning a first instance ruling that suspended the vaccination campaign for children under 13 years of age”.
The president of the SCJ, John Pérez, made the police report for the threat.
