Another setback for the ruling party. The Decentralized Office of Control of the Judiciary of Piura declared inadmissible the complaint presented by the ruling party’s lawyer against the judge Tania Castillo Domínguezwho directs the protection action process for the allegedly fraudulent elections at the National University of Piura (UNP).

The Decentralized Qualification and Preliminary Investigation Unit of the Decentralized Office of the National Control Authority of Piura of the Judiciary declared inadmissible the complaint filed by the ruling party’s lawyer, Percy Ipanaqué, against the judge of the Civil Court of Castilla, Tania Victoria Castillo Domínguez.
“To declare inadmissible the complaint filed by citizen Percy Luber Ipanaqué Navarro, against Judge Tania Victoria Castillo Domínguez, in her role as judge of the Specialized Civil Court of Castilla, for the reasons set forth in this resolution,” states the document issued by the Decentralized Control Office of the Judiciary.
Let us remember that last week, with resolution nine, of November 3, the judge of the Civil Court of Castilla, Tania Castillo, rejected the request presented by Ipanaqué Navarro. “To declare inadmissible the request for inhibition of the undersigned magistrate, in the processing of this process, formulated by the lawyer Percy Luber Ipanaqué Navarro, lawyer on the list “Unepinos making history together”, integrated into the present process as an optional consorte; and the process must continue, according to its status.”
And with resolution No. 03 dated October 30, 2025, Castillo Domínguez declared unfounded the opposition formulated by the UNP Electoral Committee against the precautionary measure in favor of José Ordinola Boyer, issued on September 5, 2025.
