In this tenor, he said that his book analyzes the labor reform made in Mexico between 2017 and 2019, exploring its main successes and their challenges. As well as its relationship with the negotiation of the treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada (T-MEC).
In the company of the governor of Nuevo León, Samuel García, and Labor Secretary Federico Rojas Veloquio, said that his work focuses on the rapid response mechanism included in the T-MEC and the different cases in which it has already been applied In Mexico.
He pointed out that this is an element that provides data for what the employer sector must do and not to do to continue being the main exporter of North America, solving the differences in the interior of the country.
In particular, he conducts the critical study of the external elements that resulted in the most important adjustment in the last 100 years, contributing to the reader the social and political details of the approval of the treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada (T-MEC) , which includes its “modifying protocol.”
