The prosecution reported that for another two of the defendants, their defense requested an extension of the term to determine their legal situation for the accusations of attempted murder. Regarding the rest, the authority did not update the information.
There are still 12 arrest warrants to be completed to capture the first 26 people that the prosecution identified after analyzing different evidence as probable aggressors at the La Corregidora stadium in Querétaro.
In addition to the people arrested, the institution seized “82 sportswear with logos of the Querétaro team, four pairs of tennis shoes -some with possible blood stains-, 22 cell phones and different indications” that will serve to continue with the investigations.
The violence generated by these people caused the Mexican Football Federation to announce on Tuesday that Querétaro will play its home games without fans for a year and must pay a fine of one and a half million pesos, about 75,000 dollars.
