The court ordered an appearance with restrictions for the Police non-commissioned officer, Edixon Rone Córdova Godos, who is being investigated for the disappearance of the high school student. University of Piura (UDEP), Anthony Camizán Guerrrero.
This measure was issued yesterday, after the hearing where the lawyers of both parties were present. In addition, the court ordered the sum of 10 thousand soles to the police agent as bail in the case.
In this regard, this resolution caused discomfort in the family of the missing Anthony Camizán, who questioned the representative of the Public Ministry who supported the request before the Chulucanas court.

“We are disappointed in justice, because there is enough evidence and perhaps the prosecutor did not know how to explain and they dictated this (appearance),” said Junior Camizán, Anthony’s brother.
He added that, “we as a family wanted him to be sent to prison to have a little peace of mind and even more so now that the Christmas holidays are coming up and it is a great pain to see an empty chair. Now (with this measure), my mother has become very disappointed and has become ill. “She is disappointed in justice…” Junior added.
He explained that they expected a little justice for the fight they undertook months ago, but they will appeal the measure. “We are going to present the main witness who is my brother’s best friend to testify,” said Junior Camizán.
