Judge rejects for the second time special seizure of assets of Darío Messer's son

Bettina Legal, attorney for Dan Wolf Messer, son of Darío Messer, informed 730 AM that her client sent a power of attorney for the special confiscation of his assets.

With this, the 29-year-old seeks to disassociate himself from his cause that he has in Paraguay. His assets are around US $ 150 thousand between bank accounts and shares of a corporation.

“We have once again requested an intervention request this week that allows the parties that are affected by the confiscation to participate in the process,” said the lawyer.

What Dan Wolf Messer intends to transfer to the Paraguayan State is the following; ninety-nine shares of the firm Pegasus SA Money deposited in the current account number 061162/7 Banco Nacional de Fomento in the name of the firm Pegasus SA Share in the name of the firm Pegasus SA of the Paraguayan State Stock Exchange. Money in checking account number 957334 in the name of Dan Wolf Messer at Banco Atlas. They total approximately US$150,000.

However, José Agustín Delmás, a criminal guarantee judge specializing in economic crimes, once again rejected the request because the young man is a fugitive from justice and cannot negotiate clandestinely.
