In addition, the National Authority of the Judiciary also announced the beginning of an administrative disciplinary process against the superior judge.
According to reports, the magistrate is accused of “very serious offenses” such as the alleged use of “profane language in public interventions” and was sanctioned for the remodeling of her home in Pueblo Libre by Andrés Hurtado, ‘Chibolín’.
And the lawyer is heard in a recording of the program Beto A Saber saying: “If the man is going to hurt me, I am not emotionally well. I’m not going to let him hurt me. He who owes nothing fears nothing. If he messes with me, I’ll take what I have and his program will go to hell. Let him touch me and I’ll talk, don’t let me get involved in that group of scoundrels. “My husband already went to hell, I’m alone.”
After that audio was made public, the judge accepted through tears that Hurtado did furnish his home located on Brasil Avenue and apologized for it.
“The precautionary measure of preventive suspension is given within the framework of the administrative disciplinary procedure initiated against the superior judge Paola Luz Valdivia Sánchez, with the objective of ensuring the normal development of the same, preventing its obstruction and guaranteeing the effectiveness of the final resolution,” says the ANC.
