The Judicial Power ordered the release of Arturo Cárdenas Tovar, aka ‘Pinturita’, investigated for alleged belonging to ‘The dynamics of the center’ and linked to Vladimir Cerrón.
Judge Jorge Chávez Tamariz adopted the measure when the period of preventive detention was expired, without first instance judgment. Cárdenas will continue under appearance with 36 -month restrictions.
