A judicial ruling issued by Milton Joel Bello Balcárcel, a criminal judge of the Specialized Domain Extinction Circuit Saab Morán, today Minister of Industries and National Production of Nicolás Maduro.
According to the ruling, the Special Assets Company (SAE) must proceed with the delivery of the properties, which at the time were valued at approximately 35,000 million pesos.
In the sentence, Judge Bello Barcárcel concluded that it was not possible to demonstrate that the assets in question represent an unjustified patrimonial increase by the promoter Dubrera SAS, the legal entity that owns the real estate. Among the properties, a mansion of 3,740 square meters, whose value was estimated at $ 28,000 million at the time of its occupation by the judicial body, and that raised suspicion of the origin of the resources used for its acquisition.
In that sense, the extinction of the right to domain over the properties identified with real estate tuitions 040-409404, 040-42714, 040-81959, 040-409404, 040-409346, 040-409347 and 040-409348. Likewise, the public instrument registration of Barranquilla was ordered to cancel the embargo and suspension measures of the device power that had been imposed on these goods, in favor of Saab Morán.
The decision also instructs the SAE to carry out the necessary efforts to return the properties to its owner. According to the Court, the Prosecutor’s Office did not present sufficient evidence to demonstrate that the assets represented an illicit or unjustified enrichment by the owner.

Who is Alex Saab?
Alex Saab is an entrepreneur of its Colombian origin and It has become a controversial figure in recent yearsdue to his link with Hugo Chávez, and subsequently, with Nicolás Maduro, of which he became an ally.
