The Selvame del Tren movement announced that the first district court, based in Yucatán, granted the definitive suspension of the work on section 5 south and north of the Mayan Train, on the line that goes from Cancun to Tulum. In a statement, it reported that the court determined the suspension of any act of felling or clearing on the lands of that plot as of amparo 2878/2022 filed by members of civil society organizations.
