The Justice of São Paulo denied today (19) the request made by the defense lawyers of influencer Hytalo Santos and her husband, Israel Natã Vicente, so that they were transferred from Provisional Detention Center (CDP) of Pinheiros, in the state capital, where they are detainedfor the Tremembé Penitentiary, in the interior of the state of São Paulo. In addition, Judge Helio Narvaez also determined that both be transferred to a prison establishment in Paraíba.
The defense of Hytalo and Israel had filed an application in court to be taken to Tremembé Penitentiary II, known for housing famous convicts such as the Former soccer player Robinho and the businessman Thiago Brennand.

The arrests were determined by the Paraíba Justice after the Felca influencer denounce profiles that use children and adolescents to promote children’s adultization.
