In his allegations, he claims that it is not possible to regularly acquire drugs with CBD “due to the exorbitant prices in the national territory”.

In this context, it argues that there is no alternative other than planting Cannabis for the purpose of therapeutic use, guaranteeing the medical treatment provided by the patient.

In its decision, disclosed in this fifthOn Thursday (2), the magistrate determines that the Federal District police must “refrain from promoting any acts that threaten physical freedom, as well as from seizing materials and supplies intended for their health treatment, or even destroying them. them”.

The judge also says, in his decision, that the police even refrain from approaching the patient even during the journey between “the residence and research institutes for assessing the quality of these inputs and also during the journey of the imported seeds, until it is no longer necessary to use and cultivate in natura of the plant Cannabis Sativa”.
