The images from a security camera show that Juan Silva Villegas, a fugitive former Minister of Transport and Communications, spent the month of April in a building on the Nasca jirón, in Jesús María.
In the videos shown by the “Punto Final” program, it is seen that Juan Silva was in said building on April 6, 23, 27 and 28, but what is striking is that he was accompanied by two women on different days.
The report indicated, based on sources linked to the tax investigation, that one of them would be Flor Gómez Olano, who is the sister-in-law of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, since she is the sister of Luzmila Gómez Olano, who is married to José Castillo Terrones, brother of the head of state. They are both parents of Gian Marco Castillo Gomez.
Flor Gomez Olano, a teacher by profession, was appointed director of the Human Talent Management Office of the MTC Human Resources Office, during the administration of Juan Silva Villegas, with a monthly salary of 15,600 soles. She held the position between February and June of this year.
According to Punto Final, the other woman seen in the videos is Griselda Quispe Munozwho between January and March of this year was general director of Human Resources at the MTC, the same office where Flor Gómez Olano would come to work.
The images of the building are before Juan Silva goes into hiding. According to the magazine Hildebrandt en sus Trece, the former head of the MTC would have fled to Venezuela. However, Alfredo Yalan, Silva’s lawyer, insists that his sponsor is still in Peru.
