The Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV) in Yaracuy held an extraordinary assembly to define different lines of work, among which community meetings stand out to strengthen its structure and popular participation.
The meeting took place at the Jacobo Ramírez theater of the Andrés Bello cultural complex in San Felipe, where hundreds of municipal delegates agreed to meet with the communities and contribute to the solution of collective needs.
“The Jpsuv at all levels travels through all our Yaracuy communities, through the quartets and community meetings, with the purpose of serving not only the youth, but also the elderly, all citizens and the people in general,” said the state coordinator of the Jpsuv, Yarismar Pinto.
Unity around peace
He noted that a state representation of the Jpsuv is participating in the First World Congress against Fascism, which is being held in Caracas on Tuesday and Wednesday. The plan is to contribute ideas and coordinate immediate actions in the state to help guarantee peace.
“We all want peace in the country, and we young people are contributing our work and efforts to make it so. We will not allow anyone to take away this stability and tranquility that we have with the Bolivarian revolution, and to which we young people owe so many opportunities,” Pinto stressed.
A wide anniversary programme
Regarding the programming for the 16th anniversary of the Jpsuv, which is formally celebrated on September 12, the youth leader indicated that various activities have been prepared, which began last weekend with militant meetings in various communities.
He announced that 14 delegates from the regional leadership of the PSUV Youth, one per municipality, will participate in the International Youth Festival to be held on September 12 in Caracas.
Also, during the course of this week and next, the Youth Route will carry out health campaigns and sporting and cultural events in the communities.
