The President of Congress, Joseph Williamsreported that Hannibal Torrescan attend the next plenary session, after the head of the Council of Ministers reiterated that he will raise a question of confidence for not debating the project that eliminates Law 31355.
“We have received the reference document dated November 10 and I inform you that in accordance with articles 129, 132 and 133 of the Political Constitution of Peru, you can attend the next session of the plenary session of Congress,” says official letter 0334- 2022.
Along these lines, Williams referred to the issue of trust promoted by the Executive Power and stressed that the constitutional mechanism must be subject to Article 86 of the Congress Regulations.
“I reiterate that any question of trust must be raised in accordance with our fundamental text, article 86 of the Regulations of Congress and Law 31355, the Law that develops the exercise of the question of trust, as we stated in our previous statement,” add the document.
