This Tuesday, October 11, the Seventh National Preparatory Investigation Court will hold a 34-month preventive detention hearing against the virtual mayor of Metropolitan Lima, Jose Luna Morales, for the alleged crimes of criminal organization and bribery. This, in the case known as ‘The Gangsters of Politics’.
The hearing will take place in person in Room F of the National Superior Court, located in the Cercado de Lima.
The judicial resolution specifies that the evaluation of the request for preventive detention against the former congressman is “undeferrable”, for which it asserts that the attendance of the representative of the Public Ministry and the lawyer of José Luna Morales is mandatory.
