The Second Supreme Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Crimes Committed by Public Officials also specified what the sanction would be if the court decides to change the accusation from rebellion to conspiracy. In this scenario, the prosecutor Edward Casaverde He indicated that a total sentence of 19 years and 30 days in prison would be requested for Castillo, distributed over 11 years, 5 months and 15 days for conspiracy; 10 months and 15 days for abuse of authority; and 6 years and 9 months for serious disturbance.
