The last scheduled visit was this Thursday, May 11, but as has happened on previous occasionsthe Castro authorities once again prevented it.
As explained through social networks Ana Belkis Ferrer, sister of the opponent, on Wednesday night Nelva Ismaray Ortega Tamayo, his wife, received a call from the prison. In the call she was notified that the wedding visit would take place this Thursday.
“As expected, they repeated the same mechanism of manipulation and lies again. Nelva went to the Mar Verde prison and around noon the head of internal order, known as Mayor Ortiz, told her that the visit would not take place,” she recounted.
