What happened to the left Junior captain?
Specifically, on Tuesday, October 1, two events occurred with Captain Izquierdo and myself. What else happened?
When I was at my home around 9:48 at night, in front of my house they shot eight or more bullets consecutively at a parked car. A very loud noise was heard, I took shelter with my mother and my relatives who were inside my home. All the neighbors came out. I approached one of them and asked him if he had been threatened, but he told me no.
What diligence were they carrying out in the prosecutor’s office? Were they holding a demonstration?
This diligence has consisted of viewing and subsequently transcribing the USB, the content of five fragments of the audio of this dinner in the district of San Borja between Captain Izquierdo and the Minister of the Interior Juan José Santiváñez.
Is the event that occurred outside your house attributed to anyone in particular?
I cannot attribute it to anyone in particular because I have no evidence, but it does strike me that in 36 years of life, it had never happened until the witness Izquierdo provided information about the minister’s alleged abuse of authority.
