Trump is not an anomaly but a symptom. EU lives a consensus crisis: it is no more a hegemonic force of cultural direction over the world. He reduced his nude economic domain instruments of his companies and his brutal military force. The US was born to the world in the last third of the nineteenth century as a unique, scientific and technological overwhelming force, which promoted industrial development. That moment became a dissolved history in planetary history. A large part of the world agreed to knowledge. The EU economy is each time a minor fraction of the world economy. His military force has similar power rivals.
