“A persistent deficit scares investors because you don’t know when taxes can change,” he highlighted and questioned the fact that in countries like Argentina, taxes are imposed on exports, which discourages the market.

Likewise, he rejected price control and markets where there is no monetary stability, because it distances business activity.
