He stated that the MOP has two periods in galloping decline. “Instead of advancing, it goes backwards, but in an absurd way.”
The former deputy and former minister of the MOP, José Antonio Domínguez, referred this Wednesday to the poor state of the streets in the country, the lack of maintenance and projects that the Ministry of Public Works executes or should execute.
According to Domínguez, “nothing has been done in terms of maintenance on our country’s road network. If in the presence of the president the minister has done exactly what he wants, now in his absence the party will continue.”
He stated that the MOP has two periods in galloping decline. “Instead of advancing, it goes backwards, but in an absurd way.”
Domínguez mentioned the current MOP minister, Rafael Sabonge, expressing: ‘I think the dress for the Minister of Public Works was too big, he does not know and does not understand what his obligations are, because if he knows and understands them, the situation in our country were very different, but since he does not understand and does not know what his job is and how he should carry it out, we are going to have to wait until the next presidential term, since this president, like the previous one, fully trusts his ministers. Incidentally, they do not move in vehicles but in airplanes or helicopters and are unable to sense the conditions of our road network.”
