The president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, held this Saturday by the Plaza Bolívar de Caracas, where he observed the special military exercises. The moment was propitious to point out that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) as a new body that does not “kneel” and said that the country is in good hands, observing the members of the militia work in coordination with the officers.
Rodríguez said that “the dream that Hugo Chávez had and that he developed from the first day of his presidency, since the triumph of the Bolivarian Revolution, was to build an absolutely consubstantiated fanb with the people.”
He stressed that the premise of Commander Hugo Chávez was to achieve an “people’s army and an army people, ordered, organized, knowing what their tasks are well and therefore they have been doing a series of exercises, not only military, but of incorporation of the people into the activities of militia, to the shooting training activities, displacement».
He said that operations have been done for the people to receive information and training.
He pointed out that the Fanb from the barracks to the neighborhoods, to travel home by house, and this Saturday a species has been carried out »of summary to evaluate the command, control and especially communication capabilities.
«Communication is fundamental at the time we have to defend the sacred territory of the Venezuelan homeland. Not only did we see the natural communication procedures, but alternate forms that the people have to communicate and that these alternate forms allow us to know where to go the cash, where a contingent should be displaced, what should be the tasks of a command leader, ”he said.
Rodríguez stressed that the most important thing is the command. «What is the function, the mission of a command leader (…) The approach is that every woman in Venezuela is a soldier, each man a soldier, each of us, we are heirs of the glories of the Liberators of America. The blood of Simón Bolívar, Antonio José de Sucre, by Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi, runs through our blood. That each of us know what their mission is, what is their function and what their attitude should be in case of an aggression of a foreign enemy ».
He reiterated that Venezuelans are people of peace who have always promoted solidarity, generosity, and compassion, but warned that “they do not get into our territory, with our sacred soil, with the sacred sky of the country; In that case, the strength, fierce and courage of the entire people of Venezuela will be found ».
He pointed out that before the provocations, threats, slander, lies and stupidities, the answer has been the one that did not expect, since almost 100 percent of the population rejects an aggression and is willing to defend the homeland in any situation.
